Realty Institute 75-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Class
We are offering the new 75 hour real estate salesperson licensing classes both weekends and weekdays. This R.E. licensing class is the first one required in order to begin your career in the real estate profession.
Realty Institute 22.5 Hour Online Real Estate Continuing Education
Our new 22.5 hr. online real estate continuing education courses to be the best offered in the real estate industry today. The information is up to date, informative and presented in an easy to understand and enjoyable format. For those who prefer to take their real estate c.e. online, this is tailor made for you and it is offered at the surprisingly low price of only $79.00 for the entire required New York 22.5 hour continuing education package. This price is an introductory one.
Realty Institute 22.5 Hour Course Includes Mortgage Broker/Originator
We also offer the most sought after classroom continuing education as well as our newly developed online real estate continuing educations courses. The classroom 22.5 hour courses include mortgage broker/originator, sometimes referred to as mortgage loan officer courses, property management, real estate investing, legal issues, fair housing, title closing and other subjects that are current and interesting. Our instructors are all leaders in their fields and offer you pertinent real estate information.
Realty Institute Real Estate Broker/Associate Broker Licensing
The real estate broker/associate broker licensing course remains, as in the past, a 45 hour course. However, if you have only taken a 45 hour salesperson licensing class you must also take the new required 30 hour remedial class. A total of 120 hours of real estate education is required to obtain your real estate broker license. The current 75 hours real estate salesperson licensing course or, 45 hours from the previous required salesperson course and the new 30 hour remedial course, plus, of course, a 45 hour broker licensing course.

These classes are all offered in our new comfortable classrooms designed to give the student the best possible setting to learn the required real estate licensing material.
Realty Institute Home Inspector Licensing Classes
We have added the Home Inspector licensing classes to our varied classroom curriculum for those who are interested in an exciting opportunity that could easily allow you to open your own business fairly easily. The Home Inspection course requires 100 classroom hours and 40 “field inspection” hours. These classes are easy to understand and are taught by home inspectors who are currently out there “doing the job” themselves.
